Intelligent Workflow Design
Laminar has designed and built workflow systems since 2005. Lease approvals for a $20B healthcare REIT. New product development for a $2.5B food manufacturer with plants in three countries. Scheduling and payroll for a national hospital network.
Each one started the same way: learning how the work really moves, where approvals stall, and where people are acting as the bridge between systems that don't talk to each other. Then we build the application the work should run on and connect it to the ERP, document and HR systems already in place.
Today we design those workflows with AI in mind from the start, so the steps that are mostly reading, checking and routing can be handed to the system later without rebuilding it.

Agentic Orchestration & Development
This is how we build applications now. Instead of software that only records what people did, the system has agents that do part of the work: reading incoming documents, pulling out the data, checking it against rules and history, routing it to the right person, and drafting the next step.
People stay in charge of the decisions that matter. Each agent has a defined job, a limit on what it can do without approval, and a log of everything it did.
It is also how we modernize older systems. When we replace a mainframe process or an aging app, we build the replacement so agents can take on more of the work over time, rather than recreating the old screens.

Regulated AI Governance
In a regulated business, an AI system has to answer the same questions a person would. What did it decide, based on what information, and who approved it? A system that cannot show that will have a hard time with its first audit.
We build that record into the system from the first release: decision logs, approval steps, role-based access, and a plain-language explanation stored alongside each recommendation the system makes.
Your compliance and legal teams set the requirements. Our job is to make sure the software meets them and can prove it when someone asks.

The Blueprint: An AI Readiness Assessment
For organizations trying to work out where AI fits before they spend on it. It is a standalone assessment and not a prerequisite for working with us.
Most AI plans start from how ready leadership feels. The Blueprint measures how ready the organization is, by asking the people who do the work.
Each participant does one 10 to 15 minute voice interview, anonymously, at a time they choose. The interviews are run by our interview agent, so there is nothing to schedule and nobody loses a day to workshops. We score what people describe across seven dimensions, from systems and data to governance and people, and set it against how ready they say they feel. The gap between those two numbers is often the headline.
We then walk your leadership team through the findings in a live readout and answer questions on the spot. You keep the full written report.
Designed So People Answer Honestly
Interviews are anonymous, and no names or job titles appear in the report. Teams smaller than four people are never reported separately. Recordings and transcripts are deleted 90 days after the engagement closes. If you go on to build with us, the Blueprint fee is credited toward the work.
